"Exercising is like a bad word to me as well as the D word! The Nutrition Planner made both fun. We worked together to see what I was willing to do and came up with a realistic plan of action. She did make me accountable for what I /we agreed to. It was like a contract and when I saw it on paper it was a wakeup call. I was able to stick with most of it on most days and I changed some habits that weren’t giving me the results I wanted. One of Michelle’s favorite sayings is 'EAT LESS MOVE MORE'."
